Bus, taxi???

I am traveling to Port Canaveral in December on a Cruise and would like to visit Orlando, specifically Disney World (Magic Kingdom). Looking for suggestions on transportation options. I’m hoping I can rent a car nearby. If not, are there public or private transportation options between the dock/ship and the the park? Any suggestions appreciated.

For a carnival cruise to the Bahamas? There is goign to be a large group of us. Any help is appreciated.

We are staying on Jamaican Ct.
