Can You Be 18 rent a hotel in orlando and have your girlfriend who is 17 stay with you?

i know its late but im planning a little trip to Orlando with my girlfriend and a group of friends…. we are going to Halloween horror nights and the total people is 9. my and my girlfriend want to rent one room for us while the other people rent there own… there’s only 3 18 yr old guys and the rest are 17… so i wanted us 3 guys to go in rent the hotel while the people wait in the car or is it legal to just do it regular way? my parents say when u check in you have to say whos gonna stay with you and stuff… can you help me please? any good cheap hotel recommendations would be cool too guys

and it doesn’t matter how old anyone else is. as long as you are 18 y9ou can rent it. they don’t care how old the other people are. the only reason you have to be 18 to rent is cuz then you are considered an adult and can be billed for anything that may go wrong with the hotel room.

You may be able to get the room, but you will for certain end up in trouble. First, yes you are supposed to list anyone staying with you, but even if you think you can sneak them in later, you won’t get away with having 9 people in one room. That’s illegal. You will get caught, if just from the noise alone. And having 17 year old girls stay with you? They are minors, and you will likely end up getting arrested.
Yes, you can get the room, yes, they can be with you, just careful if driving around there, cops are not nice. Any Day’s Inn, or Motel 6, will be your best bet, and cheapest rooms… La Quinta Inn too… All right around there.. Be safe, be careful, and I hope you all have a great time!
