hotels in orlando?
i’m going to orlando for 2 weeks in october and i am looking for a good hotel in the lbv area. What i can’t decide on is wether to stay in one hotel for the whole time or to move to a hotel on I-drive nearer to universal for the second week. we are hiring a car – does anyone have any ideas on what i should do?

I would stay in the same hotel if you have a car….
If you have kids the Nickolodean Hotel is AWESOME!
Also the Hyatt is really nice and has a free breakfast and shuttle to Universal!

I would pick something on 192…so you aren’t so far from anywhere. Packing up to move hotels that are 15 minutes apart can be a real drag on vacation. Find a hotel that has free shuttle to disney and to universal…then you don’t have to pay parking at either one.
I stay up near Universal Studios, on Major Blvd. You can walk to Universal and catch a shuttle to International Drive or Sea World. I WOULD NOT stay down on Highway 192. The traffic can be aweful!!!!
