If you are going near Disney World, any of the hotels have wonderful restaurants. My favorite is the O’hana in the Polynesian. Its a meat lovers delight and the theme is so fun.

You do not have to be a guest and you can park for free.
Here is a link on other restaurants and their menu in the WDW area.

Note: Some are in the theme parks so you will need a ticket.

If you are going to be in the general Orlando area, try searching the internet for their local paper. Usually they have a food critic section that rates their food. On AOL they have a city search.

Jiko in the Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge is very nice, although there’s not that much choice on the menu.

Try Seasons 52 on Sand Lake Road, but make a reservation it’s always crowded. There are a bunch of other high-end restaurant around Seasons 52.

Well, it depends on your budget. For normal prices there is your normal- Olive Garden, Maccarroni Grill, Chilis, Uno, etc. For more expensive there is- Any of the Disney Restaurants(in the hotels), Lenas y Carbon, Bongos(in Downtown Disney all of them are great but $$$$)
      There is also–
Old Town, City Walk, Downtown Disney, Pointe Orlando, International Drive, and many other places that have great places to eat!

they have listings for restaurants all around the country… sorted by location and cuisine!

not only that but they provide you with the COMPLETE menu too… much better than most of the directory sites that just tell you the phone and address!

It depends on what you are looking for, and your price range. If you are looking for a more highend restaurant, Such as Emeril’s at Universal Citywalk or Roy’s off Sandlake near Universal then you might have a little bit of trouble, most require reservations weeks in advance, but you could still try them. There’s always decent reliable restaurants too like, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Kobe or places of that sort too, which are found everywhere, and don’t necessarily require reservations. Enjoy your vaction!
