Cab or Disney Express from MCO Airport to All Star Music Resort?

I’ll be arriving in Orlando in february with my 16 month old around 6pm. I understand that staying at one of the Disney hotels I get free transportaion by Disney Express, but I was wonedring if you’ve experienced that before and how long it takes. Also if money wasnt an issue, if it would be better to take a cab? Thanks a lot!

Use the Magical Express. It is not only free, but very easy as well. We have used it and had a great experience. The only thing you will need to do is pack a carry-on with anything that you need immediately, as it may take up to three hours for you luggage to arrive. I made my arrangements with the Magical Express for our visit in April this past weekend. It is the only way to go.

I took the Disney transport. They picked us up, dropped us off, we went out to eat and came back and out luggage was waiting for us in our room. They know how to take care of you.

    disney’s magical express is GREAT!
you just get off the plane and make your way to the disney magical express check in. you don’t have to go find our luggage or anything. they pick it up for you and take it to the hotel. it will arrive in your room with in a few hours of you getting to the hotel.
it will take about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.
a cab will take the same amount of time and i don’t think you realize that a cab would be VERY EXPENSIVE for that long of a distance.
even if money wasn’t an issue i would NOT recommend a cab. i would 100% recommend disney’s magical express.

Already plenty of great answers, I also recommend Disney’s Magical Express, and I just wanted to add that I have traveled with my toddler quite a bit and it’s hard enough keeping track of her and our carry-ons, let alone also having to lug suitcases through the airport and out to the cab! In your case especially I would take advantage of the convenience of Magical Express.
