what's your favorite part of Disney World Orlando?

What is really worth the long queues? What are the greatest attractions?
I’m going in October and have only two days, one for Disney World and the second for Universal Studios.

Expedition Everest at Animal Kingdom is one of my favourite rides and definitely worth the queue.

Magic Kingdom is typical Disney – it’s great for kids. But great for adults too. Some good rides like Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain.

Epcot is a really good day out. Loads to see – like World Showcase where you can walk through different countries and see the architecture plus sample the food and drink from the country. Rides like Test Track, Soarin and Mission Space are all brilliant and worth a visit.

Hollywood Studios is ok, but not one of my favourites. It has Tower of Terror which is brilliant and the Aerosmith rollercoaster is pretty good, but you could get much more for your money at one of the other Disney parks. x

  2. disneys more of a family place and universals got more thrill rides. space mountains my favorite at disney. also make sure you stick around for the fireworks at disney towards the end of the night their really amazing

haven’t been there yet actually. have fun!

  4. Depends what park you are doing. Since you are only going to be at Disney for a day there is no way you are going to be able to do all four parks. The Magic Kingdom alone requires at least two days to fully enjoy it.

  5. My wife and I love Disney World. One day would never be enough for us. However if you have a park hopper ticket, I would recommend starting and the Magic Kingdom with the Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, and then go to Epcot for Test track. I would also recommend Animal Kingdom for the Expedition Everest ride. You should make a dinner reservation six month early online or by phone. This will save time in finding any with a opening. Have fun, and enjoy.

Well, i’m sorry to say that you would be wasting time going just for 1 day. You’ll have to be very lucky to get what you want done. Let alone the whole park.
But the whole park is pure enjoyment. You have shows at scheduled times so if you wanna catch those you’ll need to plan. They have thrill rides (space mountain, thunder mountain), kids rides (dumbo, small world) and cool rides (haunted mansion).

You’ll enjoy anyhow but you’ll be short on time to see it all. So I’m not even starting with Universal Studio.

Best of luck and hope you have fun, fun, fun ……

  7. Disney is more family oriented. I personally like Disney more. There are long lines for the famous attractions but you can get a fastpass and just zip through.
