anyone know how to get in touch with someone over 21 at enterprise car rentals
We flew from Orlando to San Antonio on the 23rd of last month. We had a reservation for an economy. When we got there they would not rent to my daughter because she is under 21 . They wouldn,t rent to me because I had a debit card. My daughter has a platinum visa. They really treated us like criminals and dropped us back at the airport. None of the other places had available cars we were at the mercy of them, so we had to work out something with enterprise. Long story short, they took a 0 cash deposit and we got our car in my name with my insurance. When we returned the car they charged us for the insurance I signed to decline. They charged us to drop the car 1/2 mile away at the airport location (so we could catch a shuttle to airport) and then still have not told us where and when we could get a refund of the remainder. any one have any suggestions?????other than to pack KY jelly on my next trip???
First of all why would you pack KY jelly? Secondly, get the Cops involved. If you let the people take advantage of you, they will.
Car rental places are corporate stores, not franchises, so you can go into any rental place of the same name and they should be able to help you the same as the place you rented the car from. If not, bitch and moan your way to getting what you want. Even go as far to threaten to take them to court for your deposit money.
