Going on vacation to Orlando,Florida…What hotel can we stay at?

My family & I are going on vacation to Orlando,Florida for 1 week in June.
There are 4 of us. My question is "What hotels are cheap but worth staying at for the week that we are there?" I’ve been looking online but can’t seem to find any deals. We are already paying for a lot of $$$ for the airlines tickets & the car rental when we arrive there. Can you please help?

I usually look on Priceline or Cheaptickets for a hotel. I have checked out many cheap hotels in the area and some of them are VERY bad. The Knights Inn and Masters Inn are two of the worst I have ever see. I have learned my lesson now and dont stay in anything less then a three star. Pay the 20 bucks extra and get a decent room

  2. Scoot 40 miles to the east and stay in Brevard county. Titusville or Cocoa (or Cocoa Beach). Cheaper, and more fun than the tragic kindom.

Try the Hyatt Place hotels at http://www.hyattplace.com. They have decent prices as well as continental breakfast, so that will save you a little money there. It will run you about $750-$800/ week.

  4. I’m leaving Easter Sunday and staying at the Gallleria Palm Hotel in Kissimmee which is very close to Disney main gate. I’ve read all the reviews on the place and it sounds like a really nice place for the money. Excellent reviews. I booked it a few months ago through either Priceline or Travelosity, can’t remember which. Cost is around $80 per night plus tax which comes out to about $100 a night for 2 queens. This was the best deal I could find on a hotel that was clean and had good reviews.
    Good luck and have fun.
