are Disney World’s water parks open in December?
cuz my mom and i are planning to go to Florida in winter break..which means no school for me and no work for my mom =]. So we want to go to disney world in orlando…but we heard it’s closing the water parks in december and january, maybe. so i want to know if this is true???

Disney World has 2 water parks. Blizzard Beach is open daily from 10am-5pm. Typhoon Lagoon is closed through early 2009 for it’s yearly refurbishment.
Blizzard Beach is open, but with the weather they have been having lately it may be too cold to go at that time. We went early November and it was in the mid to upper 80′s. The day we left it was 63. That makes for a cold day at the water park. Hopefully you’ll have better weather though.
yes it is true. though in Miami i heard they are not closing but the water is going to be freezing the beaches are probably not closed either
